Call for Cases

Do you have an interesting, atypical, or particularly complex case that you would like to share?

The AAWC invites you to submit a case for consideration to be presented on a webinar, in our newsletter, or on social media! This is a premium opportunity to display your intriguing cases and concepts.

Please submit a concise summary of your case in 150-250 words, including outcomes and practice implications to: [email protected]

Submission deadline is July 1, 2025

If your case is chosen for use, we will be in touch to request a short (5-10 slides with photographs on a provided AAWC template) slide deck summarizing your case. We will also set up a time to record you presenting your case (we can help if needed!).

We can learn from many cases - please reach out with any questions and we are happy to guide you!

ALPS and the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC) have joined forces for the upcoming pre-conference workshop on 6 November 2024 with a focus on wound care for the lower extremities. And you should join in! Listen below to why the partnership is important:

AAWC is thrilled to partner with ALPS to provide a pre-conference of didactic and hands-on wound care education. A key pillar of the AAWC mission is to provide current evidence-based, patient-centered, and practical knowledge that can be immediately applied in clinical practice,” states Kara Couch, MS, CRNP, CWCN-AP, FAAWC, AAWC President.

Our partnership with AAWC represents a significant milestone in our efforts to preserve limbs and save lives. This collaboration will enhance our ability to educate and empower healthcare providers, driving down the rates of preventable amputations across the country,” states Georgia Krehbiel, MBA, ALPS CEO.
