Store Processing and Cancellation Policy

NOTICE: Orders are processed Monday through Thursday and must be received by 3 PM Eastern Time to ship the same day. Orders are typically filled within 5 business days.

PROCESSING: AAWC makes every effort to ship your order on time. If your order is placed before 3 PM EST, (Mon-Thurs) but for some reason cannot be processed within the your requested time frame, AAWC will expedite your order free of charge as soon as it can be shipped, which is usually within 1-2 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a “rush order”, please contact the AAWC Business Office at info@aawconline.org or call 866-AAWC-999.

CANCELLATION: If you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by calling 866-AAWC-999 or email info@aawconline.org with the subject “Cancel Order” on the subject line and please include a brief message relating to your order, including your name.

SHIPPING: Purchases are shipped US Postal Service and Fees are based on weight.
